Order to Cash Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Order to Cash Specialist to join our high-performing global finance team. This role requires a proven track record and deep expertise in payment reconciliation, particularly with Stripe.

In Short

• Ownership of daily reconciliation of incoming and outgoing transfers.
• Spot and resolve payment flow issues.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement across O2C processes.
• Analyze payout processes and implement improvements.
• Lead the end-to-end transactional Order to Cash cycle.
• Reconcile OTA platform payments.
• Use SQL and data tools for financial data reconciliation.
• Contribute to month-end close processes.
• Maintain strong internal controls.
• Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in transactional finance.
• Experience with Stripe or large-scale PSPs.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.
• Deep knowledge of the full Order to Cash cycle.
• Prior experience reconciling transactions from OTA platforms.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
