Order to Cash Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Manager to lead and scale our growing O2C team across multiple brands. This senior role is ideal for a finance operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-entity environments and has a proven track record of driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the full order-to-cash cycle.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 O2C professionals handling invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
• Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle from customer job booking to payment receipt.
• Develop and document SOPs for standardization and accountability.
• Train and onboard new hires for strong process adherence.
• Review and maintain pricebooks, ensuring proper mapping to GL accounts.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging and collection strategies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Operations teams for process improvements.
• Drive automation and data visibility using various tools.
• Analyze KPIs and continuously improve O2C workflow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Revenue Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing O2C or AR teams.
• Proven background in multi-brand or multi-entity environments.
• Strong proficiency with NetSuite, ServiceTitan, and Pipedrive.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process-improvement initiatives.
• Availability to work 100% U.S. hours.
