Order Entry Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Order Processing position is responsible for entering all incoming orders and related data timely and correctly.

In Short

• Ensure timely and accurate order entries.
• Occasional direct contact with customers to receive order instructions.
• Perform basic clerical, auditing, reporting, and filing tasks.
• Assist Customer Service staff as needed.
• Work safely with regard to self and co-workers.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks within the department.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a related area.
• High School Diploma or BA/BS degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Skilled at prioritizing work and multitasking.
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, Lotus Notes, and other software.
