Overview

The HR Project Manager is responsible for delivering strategic HR and Talent related initiatives across our organization, focusing on end-to-end project execution and driving transformation across HR processes.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR and Talent Acquisition projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure clear communication.
• Facilitate steering committees and project governance forums.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Lead change management efforts.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in HR.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with AI adoption projects in HR.
• Exposure to HR systems implementations is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in English required.
