The Baker is responsible for producing all sweet and savoury bakery products for both the bagged lunch program and daily menu service in a camp setting.

Requirements

• Current Food Safe certificate required.
• Experience in large scale camp cooking.
• Red Seal or other certification is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards in maintaining cleanliness.
