The General Helper position is critical to the success of the culinary team, working in a remote camp setting to support kitchen operations.

In Short

• Work as part of a culinary team in a remote camp.
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Assist in food production and stocking supplies.
• Work a rotational schedule of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
• All meals and accommodations are provided.
• Travel to and from the site is covered.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must have valid ID for travel and pass a criminal background check.
• Food Safe certification is an asset.

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale kitchen assisting.
• Ability to commit to a 2 week on/2 week off rotation.
• Team player focused on client satisfaction.
• Must prioritize tasks and organize work schedule.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
• Must have current Food Safe certification (an asset).
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Valid government-issued photo ID required.
