Overview

As a remote First Cook, you will be responsible for the proper and timely preparation of meals, ensuring food safety and supervising kitchen staff in a rotational position.

Requirements

• Current Food Safe certificate and Level 1 First Aid certificate.
• Large scale camp cooking experience is an asset.
• Red Seal or other certifications are an asset.
• Experience in producing weekly inventories.
• High standards in maintaining a clean kitchen.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Clear criminal record check required.
