Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years of experience working as a cook.
  • Ability to gather data and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of food preparation methods and quality standards.
  • Organizational and coordinating skills.
  • Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Skill in cooking and preparing a variety of foods.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and ordering supplies.
  • Ability to prepare and bake a variety of baked goods.
  • Ability to detect and manage spoiled or defective food.
