Overview

The National Account Executive, IDNs for Mammotome is responsible for developing and leading strategic selling initiatives in collaboration with the field selling teams and cross-functional resources related to building relationships with the highest decision makers/influencers within targeted IDNs.

In Short

  • Develop and present unique selling propositions to key stakeholders.
  • Understand customer clinical and economic needs.
  • Collaboratively develop IDN strategies for targeted accounts.
  • Oversee the development and renewal of IDN contracts.
  • Communicate strategies to team members and assign tactics.
  • Achieve sales growth within targeted IDN accounts.
  • Maintain a sales funnel for sustained opportunities.
  • Travel 60% primarily domestic with occasional overnight trips.
  • Work remotely from home.
  • Eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Medical device experience necessary.
  • Understanding of clinical trends in the industry.
  • Experience producing well-developed business plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling value propositions.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to position products against competition.
  • Experience in cultivating competitive opportunities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
