Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Customer Delivery Manager to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international health market, focusing on Cloud Managed Services and optimizing service quality.

In Short

  • Oversee end-to-end customer delivery within Cloud Managed Services.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and handle escalations related to service quality.
  • Manage customer-impacting projects, including Transformation and Transition (T&T).
  • Fluency in German is essential for direct customer interaction.
  • Proficiency in English is required for communication with international teams.
  • Experience managing project scope based on budget and contract size.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and Sovereign Cloud.
  • Thorough knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • Collaborate with Delivery teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Engage with top management for global cooperation strategies.

  • Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams.
  • Engage with top management for global cooperation strategies.
