Overview

As a Sales Executive for Small Law, you will promote and sell Thomson Reuters products to small law firms, managing inbound leads and engaging with customers to drive sales growth.

In Short

  • Promote Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products.
  • Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and telephone activity goals.
  • Participate in pre-sales calls and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain and engage customers to promote product usage.
  • Log call information and sales orders in Salesforce.
  • Provide market and competitive information for internal decisions.
  • Work in a hybrid model (2-3 days in office).
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • College degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong sales process and negotiating skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Pipeline management experience in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to embrace change.
  • Accurate forecasting skills.
  • Strong customer engagement skills.
