Enterprise GTM Transformation Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a versatile and driven Manager of Transformation Operations to support both our European and US businesses. In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same as you drive operational efficiency and excellence across our segments.

In Short

• Utilize segment and customer feedback for strategic execution.
• Organize and lead feedback loops and listening sessions.
• Evaluate the impact of data and process improvements on key metrics.
• Analyze segment performance metrics and implement solutions.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects and manage intake processes.
• Ensure seamless operation of segment reporting systems.
• Engage with enabling function partners for data and process prioritization.
• Collaborate with the Transformation Delivery team for alignment.
• Provide ad hoc support to sub-segments as needed.
• Drive overall segment success through effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting or related fields.
• Prior experience in enterprise software and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with operational efficiency and process improvement.
