Enterprise Transformation Consultant - Remote

As part of the Transformation Office, the Enterprise Transformation Consultant develops the organization’s governance, execution, and reporting standards in which stakeholders from across the business implement to drive desired performance results.

In Short

• Develop governance and reporting standards for enterprise strategy execution.
• Support complex and coordinated efforts to drive performance results.
• Facilitate integration of business unit plans with enterprise strategy.
• Conduct periodic reviews of achievements versus strategic plans.
• Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues.
• Work with limited guidance and exercise considerable latitude.
• Manage change and ambiguity effectively.
• Interact with all levels of the organization.
• Preferred experience in healthcare and management consulting.
• Hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Preferred certifications: BSPC and OKR.
