Overview

As an Associate Lead Software Engineer at Pagero - Part of Thomson Reuters, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software systems/applications for our global customers. You’ll work in a team environment alongside other talented engineers to deliver high quality products at scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in delivering complex software projects.
• Advanced proficiency in JVM-based languages.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and architectural principles.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
• Expert-level knowledge of relational database management.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
