Overview

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be part of a team developing the Naval Integrated Tactical Environmental System - Next Generation (NITES-Next) program, focusing on meteorological and oceanographic data tools.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with container-based development.
• Familiarity with JBoss Application Server.
• Clear communication skills for technical problem-solving.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of GeoServer and GIS is a plus.
• Experience with DevSecOps pipelines is desirable.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and OpenShift.
