The Key Account Manager for the Abrasive Systems Division at 3M Italy will build executive-level relationships within large industrial companies, focusing on metalworking, and lead complex sales projects.

Requirements

  • Strong project-management capabilities.
  • Proven experience with complex B2B sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous sales experience.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Knowledge of abrasive applications and industrial robotics preferred.
  • Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools.
  • Confident public speaking skills.
