Overview

  • Work in a remote position based in Colombia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Five years of experience in customer service management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience leading high-volume outbound call center teams.
  • Strong skills in KPI analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
