Overview

As a Junior Customer Care Manager at itsme®, you will guide customers through the implementation process of our digital identity solution, ensuring seamless integration and building lasting relationships.

In Short

  • Guide customers through the implementation of itsme® on their platforms.
  • Be the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process using Salesforce.
  • Challenge processes to enhance customer onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their implementation.
  • Identify new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and native in Dutch.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in a tech company.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Organized, autonomous, and pragmatic approach.
  • Service and client-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with standard Office applications; knowledge of Zendesk is a plus.
