As a Senior/Lead People Partner, you will play a crucial role in advising and coaching leaders within the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams across the AMER and UK regions.

In Short

• Act as a strategic business partner to leaders across AMER & UK.
• Support people managers with performance frameworks.
• Lead engagement survey action planning and org design changes.
• Provide HR support including coaching and performance management.
• Collaborate with People team to launch key programs.
• Own key initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyze people data to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong background in supporting GTM/commercial teams.
• Skilled in coaching and navigating complex people issues.
• Confident in giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong knowledge of US employment law.
• Effective communicator who can influence at all levels.
• Proficient with modern HR systems and tools.
• A people-first mindset with strong business acumen.
