  • Strong creative judgment and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with web systems and design best practices.
  • Clear communication and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative and hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
