Overview

As a Growth Manager at DEPT®, you’ll be a key driver of our fast-growing digital media practice, shaping new client partnerships with both local heroes and global brands.

In Short

  • Lead new business initiatives from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  • Work on RFPs, pitches, and public tenders.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams within DEPT®.
  • Serve as the central link between international teams for advertising opportunities.
  • Represent DEPT® towards key partners like Google and Facebook.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and accelerate top-line growth.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Minimum 3 years in a commercial role in media or advertising.
  • Experience with the creative side of advertising.
  • Solid commercial experience and consultative sales approach.
  • Thorough knowledge of digital media and marketing strategies.
  • Full working proficiency in English and Danish.
  • Available to start working in Denmark.
