Marketing Manager - DACH - Remote

DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field. We are looking for a talent to join our team for a maternity leave replacement!

In Short

• Lead, implement and supervise Marketing initiatives within the DACH region.
• Track and optimize our positioning vs competition on all targets (orthodontists, GPs, treatment coordinators, patients).
• Define a bi-annual marketing plan in line with regional Marketing Imperatives set by Marketing Director EMEA & APAC.
• Define and execute the DM regional market strategy to gain foothold in the specific market/region, approximately 30% strategy and 70% execution.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director EMEA & APAC to roll out local initiatives, and provide input on behalf of the DACH region for brand and global campaigns.
• Take responsibility for the regional marketing budget under the supervision and approval of Marketing Director EMEA & APAC and reporting under each streamline (comms/events...).
• Support the Sales team and Customer Success team in the DACH region.
• Coordinate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to create engaging copy and content for events, campaigns, sales enablement, branding, and social media activities.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to roll out drip campaigns, email marketing, re-marketing, and lead generation activities in the region and assisting in the overall strategy.
• Organise/manage events such as webinars, scientific congresses, study clubs 1 masterclasses to generate ROI and drive brand awareness.

Requirements

• 5-10 years demonstrable working experience in marketing.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing 360 integrated marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in comms, marketings etc...
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience (in order of preference) for the Dental, Medical Device or Healthcare sector.
