Notion is seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the DACH region, working remotely from Germany.

In Short

• Be the voice of the DACH Notion user and market.
• Create and deliver a holistic regional marketing plan for DACH.
• Plan and deliver impactful market-level campaigns and field programs.
• Manage, measure, and optimize B2B and Account-Based Marketing programs.
• Partner with the communications team to increase brand awareness.
• Provide toolkits and templates for alignment between sales and marketing.
• Manage the DACH marketing budget and track success metrics.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of B2B marketing experience at a high-growth tech company.
• Self-starter with experience in driving campaign plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfortable using data for decision making.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software.
