Research Ops Coordinator (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized User Research Operations Coordinator to support our growing research team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Research Ops Program Manager and cross-functional researchers to ensure customer calls run smoothly from start to finish.

In Short

• Provide a one-of-a-kind participant experience by interfacing with user research participants.
• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of user research participant interviews.
• Collaborate closely with researchers to keep studies on track and on time.
• Work in a contract role with a 6-month term (potential to extend).
• Work 20-30 hours per week.
• Optimize scheduling processes for the best participant experience.
• Manage multiple requests and timelines effectively.
• Utilize tools like Google Calendar, Zoom, and Slack.
• Experience with Notion for tracking and documentation is a plus.
• Remote-friendly role, must be based in CA or NY.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle scheduling and/or coordination experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Kind, warm, and thoughtful approach to interactions.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools.
• Experience with Notion is a nice to have.
