Overview

We are seeking an AI Support QA Specialist to raise the quality bar for Notion’s AI-powered support.

In Short

• Perform routine QA reviews of AI support interactions for accuracy.
• Validate and improve AutoQA scoring and metrics.
• Translate QA findings into recommendations for improvements.
• Partner with User Operations and CX leadership.
• Monitor trends and opportunities for automation.
• Weekly QA reviews and reporting.
• Documentation of QA findings.
• Support internal QA Ambassador program.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities.
• Work independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Experience as a Product or QA Specialist.
• Strong analytical skills for support interactions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Organized and effective time management.
• Collaborative across teams.
