This is a strategic role responsible for owning the full contract lifecycle for high-impact commercial agreements, including B2B partnerships, vendor contracts, and licensing deals.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in a contracts-focused legal role.
• Success in a private equity-backed, high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field.
• Excellent redlining and document management skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business opportunity.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
