Marketing Manager - DACH - Remote

Overview

DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field. We are looking for a talent to join our team for a one year maternity leave replacement!

In Short

• Lead, implement and supervise Marketing initiatives within the DACH region.
• Track and optimize our positioning vs competition on all targets (orthodontists, GPs, treatment coordinators, patients).
• Define a bi-annual marketing plan in line with regional Marketing Imperatives set by Marketing Director EMEA & APAC.
• Define and execute the DM regional market strategy to gain foothold in the specific market/region.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director EMEA & APAC to roll out local initiatives.
• Take responsibility for the regional marketing budget.
• Support the Sales team and Customer Success team in the DACH region.
• Coordinate with the Communication and Graphic Design team to create engaging copy and content.
• Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Organise/manage events to generate ROI and drive brand awareness.

Requirements

• 5-10 years demonstrable working experience in marketing.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing 360 integrated marketing programs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest legislation, trends, and best practices in marketing.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience for the Dental, Medical Device or Healthcare sector.
