Overview

The Key Account Manager South-West DACH at DENSO is responsible for developing sales strategies and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance market penetration and achieve sales targets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for various distribution levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Ensure sales and margin generation aligns with company goals.
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns.
  • Create strategic account plans for key accounts.
  • Coordinate sales activities with team members.
  • Conduct commercial and technical seminars for distributors.
  • Monitor market dynamics and report on sales progress.
  • Manage customer payment behavior and ratings.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in commercial IAM automotive.
  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Able to work in a multi-national environment.
  • High customer orientation.
  • Pragmatic and responsible work approach.
  • Driving license class B.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Preferably home-based in the responsible area.
