Overview

The Marketing Automation Specialist team member supports the execution of client campaigns, such as the development and implementation of marketing and sales customer engagement programs, including batch & blast, sponsored emails, webinars, nurture programs, A/B tests, and trigger-based communications.

In Short

  • Support execution of client campaigns and customer engagement programs.
  • Possess a background in demand generation and/or marketing operations.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and goals.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM, and digital marketing documentation.
  • Assist with the creation of customer-facing and internal documentation.
  • Build performance reports for client acquisition and engagement programs.
  • Execute database management and quality assurance activities.
  • Create analytics reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics for service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project management teams.
  • Experience in quality assurance and testing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills for reporting and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and client satisfaction measures.
