The Martech Solutions Architect team member is a technically-focused marketer and problem-solver that has a deep curiosity and passion for creating and building software solutions that combine marketing and sales technology with process, automation and data governance in order to deliver value for DemandLab’s clients.

• Client-facing role requiring superior communication and analytics skills.
• Partners with client’s Marketing and Digital Strategist.
• Leads design, delivery, and execution of client engagements.
• Designs, creates, implements, and maintains tactical items.
• Applies customer-appropriate data analysis techniques.
• Integrates third-party data sources into a holistic data system.
• Prototypes and debugs issues that arise during client projects.
• Experience with demand generation or marketing operations.
• Expertise in Marketo and Salesforce.
• Leads client projects using advanced project management tools.

Requirements

• Solid background in demand generation or marketing operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in Marketo.
• Similar expertise in Salesforce.
• Experience with multiple platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to listen and understand client goals and issues.
• Document client needs and translate them into comprehensive solutions.
• Design with end reporting and customer goals in mind.
• Knowledge of customer’s technology maturity and resource constraints.
• Experience in troubleshooting third-party integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
