You’ll deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations, plus provide high quality, high performing solutions and/or training to meet our Sunrise customers' business needs.

• Expert level knowledge of Altera Sunrise solution sets.
• Understanding of healthcare operational processes.
• Facilitate client facing and remote solution design programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• 10+ years implementation experience with Sunrise.
• Strong customer service communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of Sunrise suite and integrations.
• Clinical background preferred.
• 2+ years Sunrise architect-level experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple key projects.
• Experience in solution configuration troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel for project needs.
