Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will work as part of a go-to-market team by presenting solutions to solve customer business challenges to technical and business stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with clients’ senior leadership to identify use cases and establish business criteria that align with their IAM & PAM program investment strategies.

In Short

  • Establish a gold standard demo approach for Privilege Access Management Solutions.
  • Strategize with account managers to optimize client engagement.
  • Deliver Proof of Value (PoV) / Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Develop innovative concepts to drive pipeline with target customers.
  • Leverage public speaking and social media to build awareness.
  • Articulate the Delinea vision and strategy to prospects and partners.
  • Identify industry trends and growth opportunities.
  • Address technical blockers in closing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on feature requests.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable relationship building with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to mix business and technical metrics for business case creation.
  • High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies and containers.
  • Experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and UNIX/Linux.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, and PKI.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate perspectives on PAM, IAM, and related areas.
  • Experience with CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, and similar providers.
