Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will work as part of a go-to-market team by presenting solutions to solve customer business challenges to technical and business stakeholders. You will work together with clients’ senior leadership to identify and prioritize use cases, establish business case criteria, and guide Delinea’s product strategy internally.

In Short

  • Establish a gold standard demo approach for Privilege Access Management Solutions.
  • Strategize with account managers to optimize engagement with client stakeholders.
  • Deliver world-class Proof of Value (PoV) / Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements.
  • Develop innovative concepts to drive pipeline with the target customer base.
  • Leverage public speaking and social media to build awareness.
  • Articulate the Delinea vision and strategy with prospects and partners.
  • Identify industry trends for growth opportunities.
  • Address technical blockers to close opportunities.
  • Work with Product Management on feature requests based on feedback.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable relationship-building examples with technical & business stakeholders.
  • Ability to mix business and technical metrics for business case creation.
  • High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies and customer discussions.
  • Experience with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and UNIX/Linux.
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols like SAML, OAUTH, LDAP.
  • Ability to communicate credibly with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of PAM, IAM, IGA, CIEM, and related fields.
  • Experience with CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, and similar providers.
