Overview

As an Analytics Engagement Manager - Life Sciences, you will be quick to understand the client’s business needs and identify data-driven solutions. Your primary objective is to ensure that customers in your assigned book of business are successful in the adoption, utilization, and retention of Definitive Healthcare’s Atlas All-Payer Claims asset to achieve their business goals.

In Short

• Collaborate with external client stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for analytical projects.
• Translate project requirements into comprehensive Statements of Work.
• Partner with internal knowledge centers to drive adoption of products and services.
• Provide thought leadership in healthcare commercial intelligence.
• Coordinate appropriate parties for escalation of client issues.
• Implement methods to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions.
• Drive retention of products and services.
• Handle client conflicts diplomatically.
• Keep clients informed about industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical RWD/RWE Analytics roles.
• 2+ years in a client-facing role.
• Expertise in SQL and medical coding terminology.
• Strong understanding of data needs for drug and therapy market entry.
• Experience in data visualization and client communication.
• High level of organizational skills.
• Ability to present technical topics to business audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
