Overview

The Retirement Plan Consultant (RPC) will utilize strong consultative skills to establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are fully addressed and expectations met. You’ll be able to directly contribute to the security and success of meaningful retirements for thousands while helping build a growing company.

In Short

• Review and advise on Plan Documents and Notices.
• Manage client relationships and oversee annual administration.
• Collaborate with Plan Sponsors, Recordkeepers, and Financial Advisors.
• Analyze plan provisions and census data for eligibility.
• Perform contribution allocation calculations.
• Conduct Compliance Testing and corrective actions.
• Prepare trust accounting records and compliance reports.
• Provide audit support for large plans.
• Assist with plan administration inquiries.
• Contribute to process and procedure enhancements.
