The Retirement Plan Consultant serves as a primary resource for plan sponsors and financial advisors, providing expertise in ERISA compliance, plan design, and governmental reporting while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of ERISA experience in the retirement industry.
• Experience in evaluating financial data.
• Familiarity with Relius software is desirable.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
