Senior Pension Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Pension Analyst administers complex defined benefit pension plans, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client service. This role performs and reviews benefit calculations, analyzes pension data, prepares reports and filings, and supports plan events throughout the plan lifecycle.

• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in defined benefit administration services.
• Strong knowledge of pension plan administration and regulations.
• Experience with pension calculation software is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment in handling sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
