Overview

The Participant Service Center Representative (PSC Representative) provides outstanding customer service while handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and faxes for plan participants for assigned Definiti retirement plans.

In Short

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards participants and clients.
• Handle participant calls and provide accurate answers to queries.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
• Respond promptly to participants after researching their questions.
• Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve service.
• Proficiently handle participant phone calls for assigned plans.
• Determine plan eligibility.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of retirement plan services.
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Experience in customer support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong time management skills.
• Positive attitude and client dedication.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
