The Cash Applications Specialist applies customer payments accurately and timely across multiple payment methods while ensuring customer accounts reflect correct balances. This role researches payment discrepancies, processes custodial payments, and supports reconciliation activities.

• Execute accurate and timely application of customer payments across multiple payment methods.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• 1 year of Billing/Accounting experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
