Overview

The Contact Center Service Representative will deliver exceptional service during inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries and providing solutions regarding bank products and services.

In Short

  • Location: Williamsville, NY
  • Start Date: January 2026
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM with rotating weekends
  • Training provided for several weeks
  • Hybrid work arrangement after 3 months

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales or service
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic familiarity with personal computers
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of customer service principles
  • Preferred: 1 year of customer service or sales experience
  • Familiarity with Contact Center systems
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
