Overview

This position is for a Contact Center Service Representative who will provide exceptional customer service via telephone and offer financial products and services to meet customer needs.

In Short

Provide customer service via telephone in a fast-paced environment.
Assist customers with financial products and services.
Brainstorm with team members to meet referral goals.
Help customers with account inquiries and issues.
Transfer funds and manage customer requests.
Participate in team performance reviews.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least one year of customer service experience in a call center or banking environment.
Ability to work in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
