Overview

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for wholesaling Definiti retirement plan services in assigned territory, creating new financial advisor relationships, and helping clients manage their retirement plans.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• 5+ years of TPA or recordkeeping wholesaling experience.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan services.
• Retirement-specific credentials preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of sales operations.
• Ability to work remotely effectively.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
