Overview

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for onboarding new clients/plans with Definiti from point of sale through first deposit, serving as the central point of contact for communications and consultations.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners
• Educate clients about their document provisions and plan operations
• Set realistic expectations regarding the implementation process
• Acquire and review conversion records necessary for ongoing administrations
• Coordinate activities and delegate tasks to clients and internal teams
• Effectively communicate responses to client questions
• Analyze and ensure accuracy of data setup on systems
• Track onboarding/conversion requirements accurately
• Stay current with retirement plan industry trends
• Maintain understanding of internal processes
