The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing Definiti’s sales infrastructure to support growth in the retirement plan market, managing a team of internal wholesalers, and driving sales strategy through data analysis and collaboration.

Requirements

• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Retirement-specific credentials preferred.
