Overview

As an Account Executive at a fast-growing AI start-up, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our SaaS product and managing the entire sales process, from acquisition to closing.

In Short

  • Drive growth of AI-supported SaaS product
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial approach to closing
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline focused on international expansion
  • Develop account strategies in coordination with management and product team
  • Conduct product demos and negotiations with C-level decision-makers
  • Use CRM and sales tools for structuring and analyzing sales activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in AI or software sector
  • Proven success in closing sales
  • Familiarity with strategic sales methods (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN Selling)
  • Ability to explain complex solutions simply
  • Experience with outbound methods and ABM approaches is a plus
  • Native or excellent English speaker
  • Living in Europe with work permission for Germany or open to relocation
