Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of professional backend experience.
• Experience with scalable microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Experience with Azure and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and align technical direction with business goals.
