Deel is seeking a PEO Implementation Manager to oversee the successful implementation for our Professional Employer Organization (PEO) clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and payroll integration.

In Short

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for PEO services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll implementation.
• 2+ years in an implementation manager role.
• Strong working knowledge of PrismHR software.
• Familiarity with global payroll processes.

• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
