• Drafting and reviewing employment and commercial matters.

• 2+ years of experience as a Dutch attorney or in-house legal counsel.
• Strong expertise in Dutch employment law.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Dutch attorney or in-house legal counsel.
• Strong expertise in Dutch employment law; Dutch labour law master is a plus.
• Experience advising on cross-border employment.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business priorities.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a global or multi-jurisdictional organization is a plus.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment.
• Interest in working for a tech company.
