Overview

As a Customer Success Manager I at Deel, you will be the face and voice of the company for our French-speaking clients, responsible for building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in SMB/MM or ENT segments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks leading to customer churn.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients, addressing pain points and recognizing growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Experience in fast-growth startups, consulting, or finance.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and calm under pressure.
  • Data savvy with analytical skills to draw insights from data.
  • Self-starter with a growth mentality and high responsibility.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in previous roles.
  • Curious and impact-driven.
