Overview

As an Associate Customer Success Manager at Deel, you will be the face and voice of the company for clients, responsible for building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage and prioritize customer requests.
• Experience in fast-growth startups, payroll, consulting, or finance.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Data-savvy with analytical skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a growth mentality.
• Track record of achievement in previous roles.
